Skills & Experience: Andrés commenced his career with BAT in Argentina in 2004, progressing through various and varied Finance roles with increasing responsibility and multi-market experience. In 2017, Andrés had an above-market experience in Globe House as Head of Commercial Finance for AmSSA Region. In 2021 he was VP Commercial Finance for Trade Marketing and Activation at Reynolds. He quickly established the foundation for stronger business partner support, improved the talent pipeline and made significant contributions towards the transformation of both commercial finance as well as the marketing agenda. Andrés had a key role in designing a Total Nicotine Retail Program which will strengthen Reynolds’ competitive position in the market. Additionally, he implemented a new way of reporting by state and by account for the trade department, driving commercial insights and targeted investment.
