Carreras Limited - Franklin Murillo

Skills & Experience: Franklin Murillo was appointed Managing Director of Carreras Limited effective October 1, 2022.

He first joined the BAT group as an Executive in 2005. He has years of experience mainly in Trade Marketing & Distribution which included responsibility for the Caribbean Island markets in 2009. In 2014, he was appointed the Country Manager for Costa Rica where he ensured growth contributing to the success of the Caribbean and Central American Area.

With this appointment, he is returning to the Caribbean after a very successful stint as Brand Deployment and Activation for the next generation of electronic devices, across Iberia markets that include Spain, Canary Islands, Portugal, Andorra, and Gibraltar.

Some of his other numerous assignments within BAT are his appointment as Head of Trade/Activation Marketing and Distribution for the Caribbean and Central Regions in 2017 and appointment as Partnership/Multi-Category Manager for Latin America North and the Caribbean in 2018.
